PHYSICAL PRINTS:

Every single print is hand-drawn by me and then printed to order for each individual order, because of this I cannot accept returns. Of course if your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can arrange a reprint :) 

As everything is printed to order, please allow approximately 48-72 hours for me to process, print and send your order. Once the orders are shipped they should be with you in:

UK: 1-5 Working Days

AUS: 2-5 Working Days

USA: 2-7 Working Days

EUROPE: 2-7 Working Days

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

During the working week, please allow up to 24 hours for your digital downloads to be sent to your email address provided!

On the weekends I try my hardest to send them all within the 24 hours too, but I am a one woman band around here, and I do try to take a break over the weekend!

If you have received an email saying your downloads have been 'shipped', but you cannot find them, then please check your spam / junk folders for emails from laurenemmettart@gmail.com and feel free to reach out to me directly if you still cannot find them!!

I recommend printing your digital downloads on matte paper, at least 200gsm. Please note, these are for personal use only. All rights remain with myself, the artist, and resale, redistribution, or commercial use isn’t permitted.

• A1: 594 x 841 mm (23.4 x 33.1 in)
• A2: 420 x 594 mm (16.5 x 23.4 in)
• A3: 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 in)
• A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 in)
• A5: 148 x 210 mm (5.8 x 8.3 in)
• A6: 105 x 148 mm (4.1 x 5.8 in)
